Our Commitment
Dry Box is committed to providing websites that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We want everyone who visits our website to be able to find, understand, and use our information and services.
Conformance Standard
To assist in achieving our accessibility goals, we are committed to working toward complying with applicable standards through designing, developing, and operating our websites in substantial conformance with recognized and accepted guidelines and/or standards for website accessibility (the “Standards”). While these Standards may change and/or evolve over time, they are currently the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. As the Standards evolve, we intend to review and update our practices accordingly.
Measures We Take
Our efforts toward accessibility include:
- considering accessibility in the design, development, and operation of our websites;
- reviewing site content and functionality for common accessibility barriers;
- working to remediate issues identified through our own review or reported to us by visitors; and
- treating accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task.
Third-Party Content
Some features of our websites rely on tools and content supplied by third parties, including embedded forms, chat, on-site offers and pop-ups, video players, and maps. We do not control these third parties and cannot guarantee the accessibility of their content, but we will make reasonable efforts to work with vendors or to provide an accessible alternative where feasible. Please be aware we have no control over third parties and the accessibility of their site(s).
Feedback and Assistance
Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing. If at any time, you have difficulty viewing, accessing, navigating, or using our websites or any content therein, or if you have any specific questions, feedback, or concerns about the accessibility of any content, feature, functionality, or any particular web page within our sites, please email us at accessibility@drybox.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line.
Please provide a description of the issue or content you believe is not accessible, and be sure to specify the web page or URL involved. We will work with you and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and to provide the information, item, or transaction you seek through an alternate communication method that is accessible to you and consistent with applicable law (for example, through telephone support).
