Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026
Last updated: July 27, 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Dry Box, Inc. (“Dry Box,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit www.dryboxusa.com and its related pages (the “Site”), and when you contact us or request a quote for our container rental, sales, delivery, and modification services (the “Services”). By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

Information You Provide to Us

When you request a quote, contact us, apply for a job, use our chat feature, or sign up to receive communications, you may provide information such as your name, company name, email address, telephone number, service address or ZIP code, and details about the containers or services you are interested in.

Our quote, contact, careers, and text-message sign-up forms are hosted and processed by a third-party form provider. Information you enter into those forms is transmitted to and stored by that provider as well as by us. We use the information you provide to respond to you, prepare quotes, and contact you by mail, email, telephone, or text message about our products and services.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information through cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
  • your device and browser type, operating system, screen size, and language;
  • the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, how long you stay, and the pages you arrive from and leave to;
  • unique identifiers stored in cookies and similar technologies that are used to recognize your browser or device across visits and, in some cases, across other websites.

If you arrive at the Site from an advertisement or a link containing campaign tracking parameters, we store those parameters in your browser's local storage and include them with any form you submit, so that we can understand which campaigns and sources generate inquiries.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels and web beacons, JavaScript tags, and similar technologies. This corrects a prior version of this Policy, which stated that the Site does not use cookies.

We deploy these technologies on the Site both directly and through a tag-management system. The tools that we and our marketing partners use change over time, and some of those tools load additional services of their own. The categories below describe the kinds of technologies in use and give examples of the types of providers involved. The technologies identified below describe the principal cookies, tags, and third-party services currently used on the Site. Because these technologies and services may change over time, this list may be updated periodically. Some service providers may use cookies or similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

  • Operational. Technologies that support core Site functionality, delivery, and security.
  • Analytics and performance. Technologies that help us understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can measure and improve it.
  • Advertising and remarketing. Technologies used by us and by advertising platforms — such as Google, Meta, and Microsoft, and their own advertising partners — to measure the performance of our campaigns and to show you our ads on other websites, apps, and platforms.
  • Call tracking. Technologies that display a tracking telephone number and associate a telephone call with your visit to the Site, so we can attribute inquiries to the source that generated them.
  • Chat. A third-party chat widget that allows you to message us from the Site and retains the content of those conversations.
  • On-site offers. A third-party tool used to display offers, promotions, and pop-up messages on the Site.
  • Business-visitor identification. A third-party service that attempts to identify the business or organization associated with a visitor's IP address, so that we can identify potential commercial customers.
  • Embedded content. Video players, maps, and web fonts loaded from third parties, which may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit when a page containing them loads.

You can manage cookies through your browser settings, including by blocking or deleting them. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the Site function. See “Your Choices” below for additional options.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • respond to your inquiries and prepare and deliver quotes;
  • provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Site and the Services;
  • understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance;
  • conduct marketing and advertising, including measuring campaign performance, showing you relevant advertising on other platforms, and identifying prospective business customers;
  • send you informational and promotional messages by email, telephone, and text message, consistent with your choices; and
  • comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

How We Share Information

We share information with third parties as described below. This corrects a prior version of this Policy, which stated that we do not disclose customer data to third parties.

  • Service providers. Companies that perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting and content delivery, form hosting and processing, chat, call tracking, email and text-message delivery, customer-relationship management, and analytics.
  • Advertising and analytics partners. Advertising platforms and measurement providers, including Google, Meta, and Microsoft. These companies may use the information they receive for their own purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
  • Business-visitor identification providers. Providers that identify the organization associated with a visitor's IP address and return that information to us.
  • Embedded content providers. Providers of video, maps, fonts, and similar content embedded in our pages.
  • Legal and safety recipients. Law enforcement, regulators, courts, and others where we believe disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dry Box, our customers, or the public.
  • Parties to a business transaction. An acquirer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your Choices

  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, block third-party cookies, and browse in a private mode. Consult your browser's help documentation for instructions.

  • Interest-based advertising. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also adjust the ad and privacy settings in your Google, Meta, and Microsoft accounts, and the advertising settings on your mobile device.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text message from us to stop receiving them.

Text Message (SMS) Consent

By providing your telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Dry Box, Inc., you consent to receive informational and promotional messages via SMS at that number. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  1. transactional messages related to your account activity, such as order confirmations and delivery updates;
  2. promotional offers, discounts, and marketing communications regarding our products and services; and
  3. important updates about changes to our services, terms, or policies.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply, and you are solely responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, by following the instructions in the message, or by contacting us directly.

We do not share your telephone number or your text-message consent with third parties for those third parties' own marketing purposes. We do use service providers to send messages and manage our messaging programs on our behalf.

Please note that opting out of text messages does not affect other forms of communication you have opted in to receive, such as email.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to and follow up on your inquiries, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
