Willy V is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. We were left stranded by PODS on an order we placed 10 days in advance, I chatted online with DryBox (while on the phone getting the run around with PODS who offered to wait 3 days or cancel) and by the time I hung up with PODS I had Willy calling me who understood the time sensitivity of the situation and got us a container just hours later. I have decided to use Dry Box as my supplier for shipping containers.I met the general manager, new salesperson Willie and the owner on Saturday and was very impressed by their professionalism and willingness to work with me. I only needed a small shipping container for storage on a remote property.I've had 80 tons of gravel delivered for my driveway but unfortunately it was not graded yet. Cameron my driver did an awesome job of trying to get the container in position at the base of the driveway. Unfortunately he got a little hung up due to the driveway and muddy conditions.No big deal it's a construction site. Cameron did an awesome job and the other gentleman, who unfortunately I forgot his name, did an awesome job at the delivery.Yes I will use Dry Box for my project then yes I will have the driveway graded and compacted for the trucks.And yes, we will wait until it dries up a bit. 🙂

Fast and prompt delivery, my box arrived in "like new" condition, the driver was incredibly helpful in positioning the box on stones and blocks that we had available for placement. One suggestion for other Dry Box buyers, after a long, hot/dry summer a quick spray of the rubber door seals with a silicone spray will go a long way with keeping rain out of the box.

I bought a one trip 20' box and it was almost completely brand new. Candice was very helpful and took lots of time explaining the difference between options and gave me a tour of what the different boxes looked like in the yard . The delivery driver mel work with me to land it perfectly and not damage the property. Great customer service! Working with Andrea at the Dry Box Company to figure out the specifics of getting my container delivered was very easy. The container was delivered on schedule w/o any damage to low hanging power/telephone lines. When I was unable to close my container, I called the company and within a couple of hours a representative was at my door to troubleshoot the problem. It turns out that there was nothing wrong with the door; I just wasn't being forceful enough closing the door since the container was new and had a tight seal. The inside of the container is very clean and will be a secure, weatherproof option for storing some of my furniture and other items during my remodel.

Your team got us a pristine unit, absolutely perfect for our needs.I warned your dispatcher that it was a difficult driveway and location to deliver to; backing in off a 2-lane minor arterial, around a utility pole, blocking traffic.Then the driver would need to back straight along the property line about a hundred feet through a narrow path along the garage.Georg nailed it! His mirrors barely cleared, but he put it exactly where we needed it. He grabbed a few blocks to level it up...couldn't have been done better! What an awesome person! Shared some great conversation and the job was done.

Purchased a camo 20’ container on 9/26/23. Was supposed to be delivered on 10/27/23 with shelf brackets welded inside and with doors facing cab of truck.Delivery delayed to 10/28/23.Driver shows up with container, and begins by asking me what I paid for the container, and that I likely didn’t pay enough for it, and was probably getting scammed. My neighbor was also on site and heard entire conversation.Wants to see my receipt for container. Opens container doors and we see there are no shelf brackets at all inside. I paid $690 for all brackets to be welded inside.Now driver refuses to drop the container at all, and no one is at a phone in the office to contact.Meanwhile, I’ve waited over a month for this box to be delivered so I can get things situated on my land for my dying brother in Alaska to come stay with me, where he wants to be.I was told I had to wait so long for delivery because of the shelf brackets being welded in. The brackets that weren’t even in it upon attempted delivery.My delivery was postponed to Saturday because there wasn’t a rollback truck available the previous day. Thats what I was told anyway by the sales rep Ray.The delivery driver told me also that he had never heard of a sales rep with that name at Chehalis Dry Boxx. Basically, fueling the fire even more, and upsetting me even more.I am absolutely NOT happy with the service I have received from this company, and I’m still waiting for my camo container to be delivered correctly.I let the sales rep know twice that the doors needed to be at the cab of the delivery truck, not the rear, yet it arrived all wrong and the driver refused to leave it.I am extremely unhappy at this point.UPDATE:The first driver “Mel” was the one who made the first attempted delivery an absolute nightmare.Dennis, the second delivery driver did an amazing job! He placed the container right where I had asked for it to go on the first attempted delivery, and he didn’t have a single issue during the delivery either.Ray was great to work with on the purchase, and any mistakes Ray made he owned and we moved on from them quickly.I would purchase a container from Ray again for certain, but I would have Dennis on the delivery! 👍Removed my 1 star rating and gave a final 5 stars due to Ray the salesman and Dennis the second delivery driver doing such an awesome job! I bought two 20 foot camo containers from Drybox Chehalis store. They were delivered a week or so apart and I wanted them right next to each other. The driver dropped the first one in the exact correct spot that had been prepared for the boxes. The second one had only so much room to fit to the area that was prepared. The driver brought the second box and placed it exactly next to the first and perfectly lined up front to back and side to side. It’s is so perfect it looks like only one container from the sides. I am so happy that the driver was so experienced and had the ability to place the container in such a precise manner. The entire purchase and delivery was professional and smooth from start to finish. I have rented boxes in the past from them also and had the same outstanding service then. I recommend this company and particularly the Chehalis store because their staff are just the best. The communication was always prompt and they kept in touch between deliveries and provided nearly exact delivery times. I now have storage containers that will last a lifetime for a fraction of what wood or metal buildings would have cost.
